My name is Dr. Lindsay Lillstrom and I am a licensed psychologist in Oregon and Minnesota. I offer virtual sessions as well as in-person services in Minneapolis, Minnesota where I currently reside. I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois and founded Wavelengths NW in October of 2019. My training thus far has allowed me the opportunity to work within a variety of different settings including community health clinics, a pediatric developmental clinic, schools, inpatient programming, and private practice. I have experience with children facing many challenges such as complex trauma histories, behavioral problems, cognitive and educational problems, autism spectrum disorder, and difficulties within their primary relationships. I also provide therapy for adults facing challenges relating to trauma, attachment, and relational functioning. This breadth of training has taught me how to tailor my approach to the specific needs and style of each client so that we can specifically address what you identify as your biggest road blocks.
